LANDSCAPE ART by Jonny Olsen Owner: Dave Olsen. This paiting of a cottage is kept on the wall at Dave's cottage, Jonny's brother. Dave's cottage is in the Haliburton Highlands. The cottage in the painting is in Jonny's mind, as are most of the subjects of Jonny's Owner: Anonymous. Growing up, The Olsen family never had a cottage so Jonny would often dream of what it would look like if they did have one. Instead of cottage life, the Olsens preferred to camp, and have pitched their tent in 17 different countries. They have also canoed down the canals of Venice, Holland, Whales, and the fjords of Norway. Owner: Rod Olsen. Jonny's old univerity pal, Graham Ketcheson has a similar painting hanging in his livingroom, and there is lots of snow in Parry Sound where Graham lived in the late 90's.
